Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • A book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any return made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary and may cause delays.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
